THE EINSTEIN DIFFERENCE

A Unique Advantage Over the Competition

Here is where we have a unique advantage over any of our competitors……

While racing motorcycles, my job as head engine builder was how to get maximum power out of the engine for the longest time possible. Most can make an engine fast for a short amount of time, but can they make that power last?

The Birth of the “EINSTEIN” Break-In Methodology

With the benefit of an almost unlimited budget, we got with top metallurgists and lubrication scientists and developed a “very specialized” break-in methodology. Most engine damage is done on initial start-up, and then to be put on a dyno…ugh.

This took a decade to develop, with a huge learning curve in the process. But we perfected it with numerous world championships, before and after I left the program.

Bringing the Tech to Kart Racing

So…I got back in touch a year ago with the old gang and I now have all of this technology in house. We developed a very similar program for small engines and have seen some pretty solid results at the track so far, so I am now bringing this speed secret to the 2 and 4-stroke karting world.

What Makes It Work

Let’s talk about what and why the benefit might be… First and foremost, you get a block that is deliberately put through a very studied program of not only rotational requirements, but a blend of absolute specific lubricants, and lubricant changes at very specific time intervals.

This turns every block that goes through this, into a sort of rolex mechanism, finely and slowly matched to perfection. All of this is accomplished without ever starting the motor.

Precision That Pays Off

This accomplishes perfect ring seal, big and small end rod clearance and bearing break in. Flat tapet cams and lifters actually need a very specific break-in period themselves, which this accomplishes in fine detail.

The process adds longevity in power output, which is a big deal when we don’t have a lot of power to begin with. This eliminates the “fall off” seen in a lot of engines on the track today.

Why It Matters

In closing, …when an internal combustion engine is started for the first time, damage occurs and there is no way around this. BUT, it can be brought to minimization using our “Einstein” break-in methodology.

As mentioned above, all the mating surfaces are brought together in a scientifically designed manner, using very specific RPM ranges and lubricant types at exact stages, to deliver the highest quality short blocks and engines available.
